Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds. Once your order is confirmed, your tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — including if you can no longer attend, arrive late, or miss the departure.

The only exception is weather. If an event cannot sail safely due to bad weather, the event will be rescheduled — not refunded. Your tickets remain valid automatically for the new date, and we'll email every ticket holder as soon as the new date is set.
