When you buy a ticket or create an account, we collect your name and email address so we can process your order and get your tickets to you. If you contact us, we also keep the name, email, and message you send us.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor — your card number, expiry, and CVC go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

• To fulfill your ticket order and confirm your purchase.
• To email your tickets and order confirmations to you.
• To let you log in and manage your account and past orders.
• To check you in at the door using the QR code on your ticket.

• Stripe processes all payments and handles your card details on our behalf.
• Firebase (Google) handles account authentication, including email/password and Google sign-in.
• Resend delivers the transactional emails we send you, like ticket confirmations and contact-form replies.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) hosts the images used on this site, such as event photos and our gallery.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in after you sign in. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

We keep order records for accounting and support purposes. If you'd like us to delete your personal information, contact us and we'll take care of it, subject to any records we're required to keep for legal or tax reasons.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — just reach out using the contact info below.
